Biography

Yanming Hu received his B.S. in polymer materials from Beijing University of Technology in 1993, M.S. in polymer chemistry and physics in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry in 2004, and Ph.D. in polymer chemistry from Kyoto University in 2008, respectively. He has been a full professor in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, and in 2019 Hu moved to Dalian Institute of Physics and Chemistry. His current research interests focus on olefin coordination polymerization catalysts, living/controlled coordination polymerization, and the relationship between polymer structure, processing and properties.
