1. The relationship between excited state dynamics and luminescence properties of organometallic complexes is a hot research topic. Electron/charge transfer, energy transfer, singlet state to triplet state process, molecular configuration change and so on in organometallic complexes will have an impact on their luminescence properties.
2. The photoelectric and luminescent properties of nano-materials are the basis of their application, By studying the excited state relaxation dynamics of these nanomaterials after photoexcitation, we can deeply understand their physical phenomena, such as carrier relaxation dynamics, exciton lifetime, the influence of defect state regulation on the lifetime of excited state, the mechanism of charge transfer between interfaces, the mechanism of photo-generated charge separation and so on. Understanding the excited state dynamics principle of nano-materials can provide ideas for developing better materials.
