The research is focused on developing and leveraging high space- and time- resolved photoelectrical imaging techniques to spatiotemporally probe charge separation, transfer, and extraction processes in solar energy conversion for providing deep insights into the underlying mechanisms and guiding rational design of catalysts and devices.[Insert the attached picture]
Biography
Ruotian Chen received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2013 and received his PhD (with Prof. Can Li) in Physical Chemistry from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics in 2019. He is currently an associate professor at the State Key Laboratory of Catalysis and the Dalian National Laboratory for Clean
Energy at Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics.
