Research Interests
Traditional Chinese medicine, GPCR, high-throughput screening, molecular mechanism of action and pharmacodynamic evaluation of active molecules
1. Construct a high-throughput activity evaluation method for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, including target activity screening method and phenotype screening method. 
2. Research on the leading active compounds of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on the study of multi-dimensional parameters related to pharmacodynamics / pharmacokinetics of natural alkaloids, terpenes, lactones, steroids and other compounds with important drug potential. 
3. Mechanism analysis of clinically effective prescriptions. Aiming at the effective prescriptions confirmed by evidence-based medicine, we use cell integrated pharmacology technology to carry out molecular mechanism research of target pathway, establish the network relationship of pharmacodynamic substance target pathway, reveal the new mechanism of the prescriptions in treating diseases, and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of the prescriptions.
