Biography

Prof. Chenglin Sun (born: 1963, Liaoning, China) began his research career in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics since 1988. The major research field is Industrial Wastewater Treatment. Prof. Sun is team leader and professor of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Group now.

Research Interests
The missions of group are:
1. To develop industrial catalysis for its application
2. To treat industrial organic wastewater.

Research focuses are thus placed on:
Development and application of industrial catalyst and new process;
Wet air catalytic oxidation of industrial wastewater;
Photocatalysis and electro-photocatalysis;
Biological treatment of wastewater; Combination of bio-treatment and other physic-chemical method;
Electro-heterogeneous catalysis.
