Research Interests
Multi-omics integration, biomolecular interaction prediction

1. Utilizing multi-layer biology networks to perform multi-omics(both bulk sample omics and single cell omics)intergration and develop analysis pipelines, thus to help find potential disease biomarkers or interesting biological mechanisms.
2. Machine learing, data mining and complex network approaches are integrated with bioinformatic methods to mine the biological big-data, and molecular interaction prediction models are developed to predict the complex interactions between different types of molecules.
