Proteomics, liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry analysis, protein quantification, protein Interaction        

 

1. Development of ionic liquid based membrane protein sample pretreatment method to significantly improve the qualitative and quantitative coverage depth of proteome.

2. Development of in-vivo chemical cross-linking based intracellular protein complex structural analysis method to provide the key technology for realizing spatio-temporal dynamic interaction and functional analysis of proteins in living cell.
