Abstract:

(1) The cell fate decision and metabolic regulation mechanism of CD8T cells (Effect/Memory T cell differentiation, the function of tumor invasion/metabolic failure of CD8T cells);

(2) The molecular mechanism of iNKT cell development and differentiation;

(3) Signaling pathway mechanism of Th9 cell differentiation in asthma model;

(4) The role of TSC1/mTOR signaling pathway in immune cells and thymic epithelial cells.

Introduction:

ZHANG Lianjun, Ph.D., received a bachelor's degree in Shandong Normal University in 2004. He received his Ph.D. degree from Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011 with the main research interest in immunology. From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Ludwig Cancer Research, at University of Lausanne, Switzerland, mainly engaged in tumor immunology. Representative work was published in Cell Reports, J Allergy Clin Immun, Trends in Molecular Medicine, Autophagy, Cell Research, Allergy, Frontiers in immunology, J Immunol, FASEB J.
