On November 26th, Chinese Academy of Sciences organized several specialists to investigate our special fund project for instruments, i.e., Cell behavior characterization platform. The work panel members are from NSSC, IOCAS, ICT, and XIEG. Our director assistant, Prof. Xu Guowang, the relevant officials and the platform technicians attended the meeting.
The project leader, Prof. Zhang Qing gave a work report, and answered several questions from the work panel. Then, the work panel inspected the running conditions of each instruments, and checked every equipment archives. Under a series of reviews, the work panel agreed our project to pass the final examination and they also made a good remark to this inspection.
The cell behavior characterization platform Program was supported by the special funding from Ministry of Finance of PRC, and purchased 3 sets of instruments, i.e., Andor Live Cell Imaging System, Beckman Flow Cyctometer and Small Animal MRI, which can strongly support the key cultivation direction of DICP “135 plan”, i.e., Biological analysis and biological conversion technology.
