The Analyst, one of the most authoritative journals in the field of analytical chemistry and published by the Royal Society of Britain, has issued a special monograph for China recently(No. 9, Vol. 133, 2008). Research papers from 23 research teams of 18 Chinese universities and institutions on the newest research achievements in analytical chemistry and determination sciences, including bio-analysis, nano-analysis, analytical techniques for proteome and metabonomics, bio-chips, etc, were published. It was known that this was the first time this journal has published special monograph for a country or a region.
Two DICP papers have also been adopted in this monograph. They were the paper "Development of phosphopeptide enrichment techniques for phosphoproteome analysis" (No. 9, Vol. 133, 1128-1138) written by HAN Guanghui, YE Mingliang and ZOU Hanfa of Research Team No. 1809, and the paper "Integrated GC¨CMS and LC¨CMS plasma metabonomics analysis of ankylosing spondylitis" by GAO Peng, LUE Cheng, ZHANG Fengxia, SANG Ping, YANG Dawei, LI Xiang, KONG Hongxiang, YIN Peiyuan, TIAN Jing, LU Xin, LUE Aiping and XU Guowang(No. 9, Vol. 133, 1214-1220).
