Xiao Yu, male, Ph.D., now is the Director of the Science and Technology Department of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics. He is mainly responsible for international cooperation, organization and coordination of applications for clean energy national laboratories, and construction of clean energy innovative research institutes.

He is member of the National Fuel Cell Standardization Technical Committee, and member of the working group of the International Electrotechnical Association Fuel Cell Standards Committee (IEC/TC105/WG13).
