DICP has postdoctoral positions available in two main areas of research: Chemistry and Chemical Engineering & Technology. Both of these areas are research strengths at DICP and provide outstanding opportunities for qualified postdoctoral candidates to work in some of the top research labs in China.
There are currently 135 postdoctoral fellows working at DICP -- 111 in Chemistry and 36 in Chemical Engineering & Technology. With state-of-the-art experimental facilities and guidance from internationally recognized scientist, postdoctoral fellows working at DICP achieve timely and important research results while growing scientifically and professionally. The large number of foreign visitors to DICP also offer ample opportunities for postdoctoral scholars to connect with top scientists from around the world.
DICP's postdoctoral program includes research in all areas represented at DICP, including: catalysis, surface and materials chemistry and physics, molecular biology, bioinorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, synthetic organic chemistry, lasers, reaction dynamics, analytical chemistry, physics, novel energy technologies, and biotechnology.
The “DICP Outstanding Postdoctoral Scholarship” provides RMB 1,000,000 to support 10 outstanding postdoctoral applicants with RMB 100,000 per year for each selected applicant during his/her postdoctoral period of two years. This is an honorary position for top postdoctoral candidates and will be awarded based on the academic record of the applicants.
