The meeting was held in DICP on 17 August, and was presided over by Prof. Baolian Yi of DICP, who is also chairman of the Committee of National Standards for Fuel Cells(CNSFC). Members of CNSFC from all over China attended the meeting.

The objective of the meeting was to discuss draft fuel cell standards formulated by DICP experts, including measurement standards for fuel cell modules, low temperature characteristics, impurity tolerance, and carbon papers.

Up to now, more than 40 national standards for fuel cells have been established by the CNSFC, among them about 20 standards were mainly formulated or partaken by DICP experts.
