　　Introduction：The DICP Symposium (XV) on Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis will be held on May 18, 2008 at Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP). The DICP Symposium aims to showcase the progress of Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis, in addition to bring together the Chinese and foreign scientists to seek new intercommunion or cooperation.More than 10 distinguished scientists have been invited to present keynote lectures about several topics as follows:
