　　Introduction：The seminar will be held on July 10, 2007 in Dalian, China. It is Organised by The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Beijin, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, TNO Quality of Life. And it is Supported by The Ministry of Science and Technology of the P.R. of China, The Chinese Academy of Sciences, The Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands,Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research Netherlands Genomics Initiative. There will be Chinese and Dutch personalized medicine experts, R&D business people, scientists, researchers, officials and policy makers presented in the seminar.
